At XOCHI'S GIFT SHOP, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
